  In this hands-on class, new high school grads and young adults will learn the core foundations of cooking—from knife skills and kitchen safety to reading recipes, meal prep, and smart grocery shopping. We'll cover go-to meals like stir-fries, pasta dishes, sheet pan dinners, and hearty breakfasts that are budget-friendly, healthy, and easy to recreate in a dorm or first apartment.
