How to make it work in our lives.
Homeschool Cooking Class Ages 7-16
Students will meet 4 Saturdays in a row for a hands on cooking experience. Students will learn knife skills, plate presentation, nutrition tips, etc.
Week 1- Fruit and vegetables preparation
Week 2- Meat fabrication and preparation
Week 3- Dairy and Egg cookery
Week 4- Baking

Students will receive chef guided, hands on instruction They will learn culinary techniques, nutrition information and gain kitchen confidence.
